Ted advocates for keeping property and municipal tax rates affordable and predictable for all residents.
- Support propert tax cap at inflation rate or below.
- Needs versus wants stategy to ensure management of debt (currently 6.5 million) without taking on more costs, directly saving taxpayers money
- Scope limitation ensures our municipality can target priority projects on a budget
